Working for an external custom development project in Oracle Applications 11i(HRMS) for the client. Currently Client is using a system called Lawson. Project deals with changing the processes from Lawson to Oracle Apps.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for the technical design, build and testing of various conversion, interface, reports and extension objects.

·         Responsible for co-coordinating with the onsite team and resolving issues.

·         Conducted knowledge exchange sessions in Oracle Applications(HRMS) with in the team for better overall performance of the team.

Functional work spans following areas in HRMS: Core HR, Standard and Advanced Benefits, Payroll.

Academic Projects

• Digital Rights Management System (DRMS)

DRMS is a software piracy protection system that restricts illegal use and Redistribution of software’s that are copyrighted. Used JCE i.e. Java Cryptography, VB and oracle8.

• E-MAIL Client

Developed a e-mail client using SMTP protocol. Socket programming was used for Client/server connectivity and Glade was used for front end. The OS used was Linux redhat 8.0

·         Hotel Management System

This project involved development of an automated and efficient Hotel Management system that captured the needs of various participants who would use this system. VB was used extensively as the front end and Oracle 9 as the database.

• Involved in Organizational level activities. Created an Induction Pack for new joiners in the organization’s Delivery Unit.
• Was the women’s chess champion in College at the departmental level.
